Return and Refund Policy
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. However, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund your money, provided the reasons are genuine and verified after investigation.
Conditions for Refund:
- You received a defective item, or the item is not in perfect condition. Please report any issues within 2 working days from the day the product has been delivered to you.
Note: The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
- For refunds via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. This timeframe is due to the bank's policies.
- For refunds via e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
- During peak seasons, please allow up to 15-18 business days for your return to process.

How to Request a Return or Refund:
To request a refund, email us your order details, including the reason for the request. Customer feedback helps us improve our quality of service. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Our products are hand-painted; no two motifs will be identical. This is the beauty of hand-painted items.
- Monitor displays may vary, so colors may not appear exactly as they do on your screen.
- Each product is handwoven, and slight fabric variations are natural to the handloom process. Please consider this before placing an order.
